Initial Set Up:

Carefully remove the air compressor, Air hose and moisture Trap from the packaging.

Place the Air Compressor on a level, dry surface and connect the Air Compressor to an appropriate grounded power outlet. The Air Compressor Power Switch is located on the right side of the unit and should be in the OFF position.

Connect one end of the Air Hose to the Air Hose Receptacle located on the face of the Air Compressor.

Connect the other end of Air Hose to the threaded plastic end of the Moisture Trap.

Connect the metallic threaded end of the Moisture Trap to the Airbrush.

After the Air Hose and Moisture Trap are securely connected, turn the Air Compressor to ON.

Use the Air Pressure Control Knob located to the right on the face of the compressor and adjust to the desired air pressure. This control allows you to adjust air pressure from 0 to 30 PSI.

The Air compressor is also equipped with a receptacle on the front of the compressor to hold the airbrush when not in use.

You are now ready to put the compressor and Airbrush into use. Refer to Airbursh instructions for use and maintenance.

Compressor Maintenance

The Compressor TG218 is oil less compressor design, therefore is virtually maintenance free. Keep the unit free of dust and debris. Unit should be hand cleaned, do not submerge in water. Unit should be completely dry before using. DO NOT OIL.

Caution:

This Air compressor is designed to be used with the supplied air hose only for safety and best results.

For your protection use of a Respirator or eye protection when spraying/Airbrushing is recommended.

Do not allow the Air Compressor to be exposed to excessive dust, acids, explosive vapors or flammable liquids.

Do not immerse unit in water or use in a wet environment since that could result in electrical shock.

Use unit only in a well-ventilated environment and within an ambient temperature between 5oC and 4oC (41oF and 104oF).

To avoid injury and possible electrical shock do not allow children to touch or play with the unit or insert foreign objects in the unit while in operation.

Do not open or temper with any part of the compressor or the warranty will be void.

Compressor Warranty and Repair

The TG218 Air compressor warranted against defects in material and work before 90 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase required.

The Warranty is void if:

Damage is caused by abuse, mishandling or dropping of the unit.

Unit has been subjected to unauthorized repair, opened or taken apart.
