Clean compressed air
Air purification system can be used to achieve clean air. As the pressure in the air hose and regulator decreases, the air inlet pressure of the spray gun must be detected and adjusted.
Sufficient air
Compressors with sufficient gas production and gas storage tanks with appropriate capacity. The diameter of compressed air pipe is the key to obtain sufficient compressed air. In particular, the inner diameter of the compressed air hose should be at least 8mm to avoid too much pressure drop. Anti static, thinner resistant, high temperature resistant, wear-resistant and pressure resistant paint hoses shall be used.
How to adjust spraying air pressure
1. Turn the spraying air pressure adjusting knob clockwise to reduce the spraying air pressure to obtain the maximum atomization effect.
2. Turn the spraying air pressure adjusting knob counterclockwise to increase the spraying air pressure to obtain the minimum atomization effect.
How to adjust paint flow
1. Turn the paint flow adjusting knob counterclockwise to increase the travel of the gun needle, thus increasing the paint flow.
2. Turn the paint flow adjusting knob clockwise to reduce the stroke of the gun needle, thus reducing the paint flow.
How to adjust spraying width (sector)
1. Turn the spray amplitude adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the spray amplitude.

2. Turn the spray amplitude adjusting knob clockwise to reduce the spray amplitude.
