There are two cases of spray gun oil leakage you need to know

Painting tool is a kind of repair tool that can be used in beauty decoration, painting decoration, etc. The main one is pneumatic spray gun. The spray gun is a tool used for paint processing and painting, and is used more for painting in most decorations. Although the structure and principle are simple, we still have some common problems in use. For example, if the spray gun leaks, there are basically three ways to supply the spray gun. Namely upper pot (gravity type), lower pot (suction up type), without pot (pressure delivery type). Among them, there is no oil leakage in the suction-up type, mainly the pressure-feed type and the gravity type. Then its oil leakage method is more of the two, usually, we are in use, even if the correct use method will have this problem, then we can explain from these two aspects.

Gravity paint spray gun leaks oil: the quality of the needle nozzle kit is often not good enough, because the gravity type is a way of oil supply that is not easy to leak. It only relies on gravity to supply oil to the paint spray gun. The pressure is generally very high when the spray gun is not opened. Difficult to leak oil, unless it is the quality problem just mentioned. The main cause of oil leakage is that the spray gun is blocked, which will cause the gun needle to fail to return and cause the paint to leak. However, this kind of situation only occurs more frequently in small-caliber spray guns, because small-caliber spray guns are prone to clogging. For example, 0.3MM, 0.5MM and other calibers are metaphorically. So even if it is blocked and causes oil leakage, we only need to clean the nozzle kit inside the spray gun. In this way, oil leakage of this type of oil supply method is still rare.

Oil leakage of pressure-feed paint spray gun: It is usually caused by oil leakage, and its main reasons include the above-mentioned quality problems and clogging problems. In addition, excessive oil pressure cannot be used during use. It is generally supplied with oil through a pneumatic diaphragm pump and a pressure barrel. If the oil pressure is in use, there will be oil leakage, unless the needle tip kit is imported or high-grade material of better quality. If the oil leaks in this case, we can only replace the needle tip kit.
